Vacuum Plasma problem

We are using plasma system. The plasma does not sustain above 2 torr pressure . All such systems the plasma sustains upto 10 torr . Our system is equiped with D.C. pulse power supply of 60 kw capacity . We want help on this issue .

I think we are missing something here. What "system" are we talking about?

What's causing the ionization?

What's your voltage?

Amperage?

What's your background gas?

These will help everyone here to understand your problem better, so they can help you.
