Hello, I want to know about the exact matrial used by 'Wiha Tools and Proto U.S.A' in torque set Bits and torque set screw driver

The only source for what you want to know is Wiha not CR4. We could only say what kind of steel could be used but not the exact one. Of course if some body works for Wiha and wants to give away the information you get it.
