What is the difference in elevation of the loading point of the belt and the discharge point of the belt? What is the material transfer rate?

my belt elevation angle is 59 or let say 60 Degree

loading point to discharge point distance is 7 meter

height of elevation is 6 meter

horizontal distance between loading point to discharge point is 4meter

material transfer rate let say 1 ton

because i have to decide how much material is possible to store in loading point or loading tank

please advice me

Often times the manufacturers catalog would have the formula's to size everything. At least they did 25 years ago.

You might consider going to a web site of a bucket elevator manufacturer. They probably have the necessary formulas either shown or in a PDF that you can download.

Do a google search for HP belt conveyor
