True, the other person (probably her boyfriend) could be the one who gets fired but you never know.

Still and all, she makes a good advertising promo. I hope they use her (and compensate her!) for that.

This could be a whole new marketing trend, use labor from the from manufacturing in their promo ads. They could have little promos to submit pictures, never have to pay them (though some reimbursement might be nice), and sell as much from such marketing efforts as their traditional marketing teams do for a much higher cost. Maybe get rid of all the marketing parasites in general. Of course SAG or someone would sue, as these are non-professional not paying union dues.

What about the factories using child labor? They would be at a disadvantage because they could not show their laborers. Perhaps they could get some kind of federal subsidies.

I think he is talking about the clothing manufacturing and textiles industry in places like central america, southeast asia and new york city. however, I am not sure that the child labor is really a problem for them to advertise as they already use child labor for their models in NYC and Paris. It just might not have the same appeal to the very wealthy if the children and their working environment were not as artifically made-up as the models in a Calvin Klein ad.
