That very hard to keep salt suspended, You'll always get built up.

What is the brine composition?

What capacity of is your brine tanks?

Your running it through a heat exchanger, are you cooling it or heating it?

What temperature are is the brine going into the H.X.?

What Temperature is it existing?

What gpm are you running through the heat exchanger?

What GPM are your recirculation pumps at?

Your running it through a heat exchanger, are you cooling it or heating it?

How are you adding salt, through a powder funnel (basicaly an eductor)?

Hello "Guest",

It appears that you are in the soap making business.

There are now far more improved soap-making methods.

Please refer: http://www.mecmodcpd.com/Soapdifferent/UK/soapDifferent.html

The above is the traditional process

The above is the improved process

With the older traditional soap-making process, the brine is always a problem, if the brine solution is over-saturated.

Kind Regards....
