	A paper machine roll to be balanece to 900 rpm.how we add the balance material with out welding.send calculation method/formula

	What diameter of roll do you want to go 900 RPM? If it's more than 16 to 20", you need some very sophisticated equipment to do that! The tolerances on, (as well as the robustness of) your rewind spindle need to be very high. There is also resonance to consider. You need to supply more information!
