(2") FNPT , Galvanized coupling is available in Class125FF,GalvCS viz. threaded spec as A197 (300 #) & A105 (3000#).Which rating should we use & why?

You have not given enough information for anybody to use as a basis for a proper answer.

What is the commodity?

What is the operation pressure and temperature?

What is the other piping material (Pipe, fittings, valves, etc.) that is being used?
