Have you talked with the supplier or software manufacturer about the problems your having?

Or is the software one of those "cheapier" from Asia that are far below retail price (ie. pirated) which means you'll not get much help here?

Go back to your supplier and get him to fix your problem, or demand your money back.

Any requests on CR4 for illegal keys (no matter how you feel about it personally) will only get you banned from CR4......

Go and do it the right way.......

Having said that, getting a Licence Key can either be 'part of the Registration process' or, it can be a real pain, and is not always intuitive. I can only echo the advice of other here, to go to the official site. You should have gone there or to an 'official seller' of the software you got, and once they know who you are they can usually send it instantly..........................BUT, if you got your item second hand, you will not get a licence, at least not as far as I understand it you won't.
