Patent Help

I have been working on a new design for diesel fuel injectors and I am having difficulty with the patent prosses can someone refer a firm that they have had a good experiance with. thankyou

If you are attempting (wish)to file at the USPTO office, I suggest that you call them (toll free) and discuss your situation with one of the retired people working there. They will always try to help those in your situation ... Additionally, they will send you a packet of information that wil assist you in filing your own provisional patent that is good for one year at a cost of only $105.00............. Save yourself a lot of time and money until you learn more about the process

The United States Patent Office USPTO has good information on its web site. They also have a very good paper pamphlet that gives general patent information.

If you are looking to have a patent prosecuted for you, jhammond (who posts here on CR4) is a registered patent agent.

$5000 TO $10,000 + FOR A PATENT LAWYER is better than paying a patent infringment settlement.
