There is no formal "powder" coated shade cards. The information offered refers to offset lithographic inks, and RGB color data. You will need to work with a vendor to match the color you wish to produce.

If you're really dedicated to getting the Pantone color absolutely 100% perfect, find a Pantone licensed vendor. They do exist. Then get samples from them.
