	Is there Electric Motor Testing Lab in So. California. I have a 3 H.P. Switch Reluctance Motor that one of my clients wants to test. It is a 6/4 pole 3-Phase. He has a 110VAC Inverter/Controller That runs the motor (unloaded) on the bench. He would like to get test results on the over-all efficiency, response time to changing load, step load overshoot.
