i want to knew the details of uoc 64 pin dip ic programing tda 9370n2/3/1043 series,also calyspo series 8823 cpng,8821,8873........which company is the manufacture of 8823 series it is printed on ic M ASIA WHETHER THIS IC ARE PROGRAMABLE IF SO HOW
