Kindly please help me, how to disable adobe reader 8.0 auto update with regedit.

Why do it from regedit? You can render your computer unusuable if you make a mistake while messing with the registry.

Open Adobe Reader and go to Edit/Preferences. Click on General and uncheck "Check for updates" in the Application Startup section.
