Standard DIN46062

We had failure on the starter of 3550kW motor. The manufacturer is Elin Union from Austria and it has some, for me, mistily data on nameplate in DIN46062 standard .It is frequency of starts h is 0,2 /h and number of starts z – 2 . Dear experts, did anyone can help me and give explanations about this data.
