Dear Friend,

I am responding to your quest for circuit design using sg3524N for inverter.Sg3524N is a PWM Ic design circuitry that can be use in most electronic design such as inverters,Regulated power supply and so on.When use for inverter, it gives a purer modified square wave PWM which is a good approximation of sine wave.

I have used it several times in designing inverters of 1000W,2000W and even 5000W.Its configuration is a bit complex but when used to it,you find it simple.

However,If you really interested in the design, you may contact the email address below:micdipo@yahoo.com or call +2348055081359.Hope to hear from you.

Hi, I'm new here and I was reviewing your questions and accurate answers and I want to ask you this, the SG3524 works in high frequency transistors so quickly switch the order of kHz, then the transformer on the side of power ferrite would be to reduce losses. Observed in the slides that the transformer is siliceous iron.
Another question, which unlike the SG3524 SG3524D indicating the modulation is sinusoidal PWM (SPWM).

Sorry, but I'm not sure what you first question means.

For your second question, the SG3524D is the same circuit as an SG3524, but in a small outline package (SOT109-1). In both, the transistors are either ON or OFF - sinusoidal modulation doesn't come into it.

Thank for replying soon.

The first question:

The power tranformer T2 that material is: iron silica o ferrita material and as iscalculated to build.

My inverter is very easy to get and build your own to your taste and standard. My inverter circuit will cost you few dollars. If interested, send mail to micdipo@yahoo.com

Here is a 500Watt inverter circuit. this is very very efficient as compared to the one you provided. http://www.researchcell.com/energy/inverter-circuit-diagram/ I have noticed a 70percent and even above conversion ratio. stay safe while building this. this involved electric current high enough to kill a person.

" This involved electric current high enough to kill a person."

You mean more than 10mA? .
