It's my user name that doesn't work. I know my password is ok. I send an e-mail, reply is to check my mail, but a reply is never received. When I try to change my password/user name, I receive the reply that my e-mail address is already used.

Send an email to cr4admin@globalspec.com and we'll work with you to correct the issue. Since we don't know who you are, we can't work it out.

I too, have the same problem.

You both seem to be saying you have a user name, but would like another. Please tell us which user name(s) you're currently using. I'd be fascinated to hear.
