Right hand column, under "Logged In" click your name, then click on "subscribed discussions", then select the discussions you want to unsubscribe from.

Was there more to the question than meets the eye ? Are you just reading a lot of threads, but getting too many mail notifications, wanting out of CR4, etc ?

You can alter how mail notifications work; it's in your user profile (click edit profile), pretty much the same as Bhankiii said about unsubscribing from particular threads.

I don't think there is such a thing as deleting your member profile. Although you've only posted twice, in general it would cause problems to vaporize a user. In all threads, posts reference each other, and so deleting one users entire set of posts would scramble the everything.

Hope you're just adjusting how you take part in CR4, rather than shuffling this e-mortal coil.

I think he should stick around and take his lumps with the rest of us.
