What is IS 2062 ? And what is (ASTM) A106 ?
IS2062 : Hot rolled Low Medium and High Carbon structural Steel

Scope (clause 1.1) defines the shapes covered and pipe is not one of them.

ASTM A106: Standard Specification for Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe for High-Temperature Service.
I don't find any relationship between two standards, everything is different , except both are carbon steel as are million others.

Take some effort and go through the standards at least read through the title. Ask when at least some vestige of similarity is there.

IS 2062 being most common material (in India) you must be aware that seamless pipes are not a subset of it.

As per my pipe specification its mentioned that the material should be IS 2062 GR B for the clarified water pipe.Right now i am doing stress analysis can we take A106 GR B instead of IS2062 GR B.

That specifically means that you are going to roll a plate IS 2062 Gr B

There is a bit of difference in carbon IS2062 (0.22 Nom) Vs A106 (<0.30) and a bit in Mn (1.50 vs 1.06 max)

The mech properties are matching (410 Vs 415 for TS and 250 Vs 240 min YS) the differences will be usually overcome by the weakening due to the welding and the associated HEZ

However why do you want to go for the much costlier Seamless pipes ?

Most likely the end product (IS 2062 welded pipe will be a bit weaker than the A106 pipe) though not studied this aspect so not sure.

Yes you are right but in our stress analysis software they dont have IS 2062 GR B in material list so the analysis point of view i am choosing A106 GR B.

Why don't you calculate the strengths after the pipe is fabricated ? May be you have to downgrade or take extra factor of safety ? Since there will be loss in the mech properties but that need to be ascertained before you proceed. Though it should not downgrade as far as Gr A ( TS 330 and YS 205)
