How define PLC Input ^ out put signals.

All dears

how i define (check ) PLC input & outputs signals in a machine drawing . I mean i have a machine & one motor not run because magnetic contactor is not on due to plc output signal not out. how i check plc inputs ok or not ok Because i do not know where plc inputs signal is coming.

Do you have any circuit drawings and/or PLC logic diagrams? If not, you've got a big reverse-engineering problem.

First you need plc logic /circuit diagram .if not than you chek your ciruit inputs signals are ok or not .may be any input is missing due to output not active.Mostly PLC have no problem .some saftey input signal is missing my be.
