Can You Delete a Thread?

05/15/2009 10:27 AM

Is there a way to delete your own question?

I already received the answer I needed and I don't want people wasting their time trying to answer a solved problem! Everyone has been great and I don't want to take up anyone else's time.

Thanks!

Hello Melanie

If this about your gas bill, please tell us what the solution was. It was an interesting problem and if you got a result from the gas company we'd like to know.

Cheers.............Codey

Hi Codey,

My question was in regard to the gas company situation. I am having our team copy everyone's answers for review (before the thread is deleted).

I will be sure to post the conclusions following the tests over the next 2 weeks (line pressure test, meter accuracy test-both through the gas company and an independent test, line loss calcs, etc.).

Thanks again!

I doubt if the thread will be deleted because it might contain information useful to others. (One of the major purposes of CR4 is to educate.) Chris said he would close it, which means that no new comments can be added by members.

It would help CR4 to save some on bandwidth and server space if more people who ask questions would let Chris know they have received the answers they were looking for, and the thread needs to be closed.

I commend you for showing concern on how the resources of CR4 are being used.
