Hi...

Pls contact PPGML (Punjab Power Generation Machines Ltd) HO/Chandigarh. They have a 5axis CNC m/c which must be surplus as this unit was on verge of closure.

Otherwise, you can source it from Russia. You are late as many people have made great bargains by sourcing very good m/c tools. I had picked up a 4m Skoda from St Petersburg at throw away prices in its original packing. It was lying in the shop floor for 5years without even being unpacked. But try, there are still pleanty. Otherwise, contact people like Muller Machines etc who deal in used machinery in Europe. In India approach HEC/Ranchi. They make exellent HBM's.

Dear Mr. Siva Kumar, Bharat Fritz Werner (BFW), Bangalore are the leading machine tool manufacturers in India who also make 5 Axis CNC Machines. They have already supplied lot of machines (HMC's, VMC's & SPM's) for turbine blade applications. They are one of the very few (or I should say only company) in India who have very good knowledge about Blade Machining & more over, geographically also, they are very close to Chennai. You must contact them / visit them to really appreciate their capabilities. Since you are just entering this field, these are the people with whom you should be working. You may contact them for further details: nikhilnm@bfw.co.in, syedamjed@bfw.co.in, bfwmarketing@bfw.co.in
