TDI & Poliol tanks

Hi all , Ihave two tanks being used in spong industry . one is containing TDI & other Boliol .The tanks are located in 3 meters wee deep . Ineed to remove these tanks in order to get mor space. the only option iIhave is to cut tanks into smler peices .I need to know safety data sheet for each to do it safely ,thanks in advance
