Well I would say an optical fibre to coaxial converter (it's a standard device you can buy from communications or computer networking companies).

Try a google search of "optical fibre to coaxial converter" or "fibre to coax converter".

Hello guest,

The converter you need to use once the signal has arrived at a node is the same as Cable TV and Phone companies use. As has been said it is a basic item.

I assume you are using the optical fibre to get the signal into the building then using the converter?

Here is a list which should help, but get back to me if you need to.
