OPEN A GAME

I recently brought a game and it wont open for me its Aussies pokies , when i try to open it i get this message the game anitialization failed could not create EEProm image file , is there any one that can help me

Hi Chris

I did go back to this person but he keeps insisting i am not doing it properly, and told me no one else has ever come back with the game he did give me a new one but it does excactly the same, i got this game at our local market he is no longer there as our market is under construction . so i guess i am stuck with it.
