WE ARE USING FIRE TUBE FOR HEATER TREATERS OF MATERIALS:

1- SA-516 GR 70N

2- SA- 106 GR B

WHICH IS STANDING TEMPERATURE MORE AND FROM WHERE I CAN GET A RELTION BETWEEN TEMPERATURE AND MATERIAL

Yield stress data for different materials is available in a lot of locations, B31.3 for example will have it for A516 70N (plate) and A-106 gr B (pipe). I'm not sure if this is what you are asking.

both are carbon steel , for relation between material and tepmperature you can refer ASME Section 11 Part D in which allowable stress values are given for different material at diff temperatures.....

the SA-516 GR. 70 N = for normalized is more suitable for low temperature down to - 46 C. It is a plate for pressure vessels, the matching pipe is SA- 333 gr.6

While SA- 106 Gr. B is piping used for down to - 29 C ,

Both have a limiting creep temperature up to about + 430 to 460 MPa or N/mm2

Above this temperature you have to use P11 or P22...
