Hi sonnybrakes,

In my experience, vinyl is synonymous with PVC.

I am sorry I didn't make my self clear but I am looking for a source that will answer any questions about extruding vinyl. Questions such as expansion or shrink ratios, die finish, proper temperatures. I didn't find anything like that on Google

Thanks

cjhills.

You should be able to find this information on any material supplier's web site.

The answer will depend on the particular supplier and material you choose.

Are you compounding the PVC, or processing a purchased material?

how did your search go for information concerning 'vinyl' as regards tooling etc?

In the business 30 years myself - let me know if you have questions a generalist might be able to help with
