Career Advice

hello friends.

right now i am doing analysis in ansys and also hadling some projects in projects management. i am very much confusition in which direction i need to focues very much? should i go in to analysis field or project management[like vender development,sourcing qualification..ect].

please guide me in right direction . i am an M.TECH in cad/cam and having 3+years of experience.

it depends on your personal character...If you have good analytical and modeling skill choose the cad/ cam. if you find better in management side then choose management. do not care about the current job markets...it makes you and future your life the worst...thanks
