how to build fm transmitter...?

hi.. frndz... m planning to lunch a fm station... plz suggest the good circuit.... 5km should be coverage...

The PM446 series of walkie-talkies will go to 5km in open country for 0.5W PEP at 446MHz. They retail for about £35GBP the pair. They are exempt from transmitter licensing in the UK provided they are unmodified.
