	What are you trying to do? Do you need a custom one-off fitting, or mass produced? Is this for a leaking flange repair, or something else? Because if it is a one (or two ....) custom leak repair (or possibly something else) there are many companies that provide solutions, for an arbitrary example: http://www.tdwilliamson.com/en/Services/Offshore/OffshoreValveReplacement/Documents/TDW+Clamp+brochure.pdf

	If both pipes are flanged PN16 as stated, what's wrong with bolting them with the correct size bolts and a joint? __________________ An Englishman, an Irishman, and a Scotsman walk into a bar. The bartender turns to them, takes one look, and says "What is this - some kind of joke?"
