What are you trying to do? Do you need a custom one-off fitting, or mass produced? Is this for a leaking flange repair, or something else?

Because if it is a one (or two ....) custom leak repair (or possibly something else) there are many companies that provide solutions, for an arbitrary example:

A custom one-off fitting. Have found the local fabricator to do them. Thanks for looking.

If both pipes are flanged PN16 as stated, what's wrong with bolting them with the correct size bolts and a joint?
