hi every body....i want to know how we can know if we can build anther stairs in any building ...what the calculation must be made????

Follow local building regulations.

For commercial buildings in the UK, a detailed submission must be laid before the local planning office. The submission must comply with current building regulations. The scheme will be put before the local fire prevention officer for assessment as part of the process.
