Nobody can stop you if you wish to do it. You are free to do all by yourself.

Good luck and if you have problems after you worked on the project then you can ask for support.

... Besides there are plenty of models available in the market that do exactly what you described. Have you googled already? Most of them are used for cooling mineral water that come in 20l bottles and are placed upside down in a support that have the cooling in. They are usually 115 VAC powered, are usually found at homes, waiting rooms, hospitals, public services departments, etc. I think that you may "be inspired" in one of them, and then work in changing the housing, the power source, and make it show up as you like.

It sounds like an interesting learning exercise. Good luck with it.

The question arises my friend...........how much do know about refrigeration and electrical..........

What country do you reside in?

Do you have the necessary qualifications/certification to work on a project like this?

and....

Why re-invent the wheel?

If it is your desire to manufacture/design/improve something.........good..........but this to me seems rather a futile adventure.........these have been around for yonks.
