CT Connection - Bus Bar and Wire

AOA Hi guys I am recently puzzled by seeing a CT on a rectangular bus bar (6.6KV) having a thin wire connected to the bus bar? any one has idea what is it used for? I s it a kind of feed back circuit like in closed loop Hall effect current sensors?

Do you know if the buss was the neutral? Some differential protection systems may include such a connection for a neutral grounding scheme.

No it is not a neutral.Its a phase bus bar.
