Flushing Method for Diesel Pipe

Could somebody tell me what is the method is used to do flushing for diesel pipe ?

Flushing what out of the pipe, exactly? The method is dependent upon what is required to be removed, among other things.

Whis is the diameter and length of the pipe as well?

To flush welding slash or metal debris & oil.

The pipe size is 10" in diameter & approximate 30feet in length.
