What is a difference between Stainless steel 302 and 304 ?

What material would be better to use for battery spring contacts ? The detail has to work in application also as electric contact and as mechanical spring .

Realy,I haven't found any significant differences in mechanical properties and conductivity as well . Our supplier asked to change the material from 302 to 304.

I just want to hear the specialists minds regarding this changes.
