Photovoltaic Cells and Battery Chargers

Dear smarter people, problem to discuss and resolve if you would all be so kind enough to take an interest! I have multiple rectangle panels 900mm x 300mm. Each panel face is theoretically a photovoltaic cell and a battery combined.

Q, how much energy could each panel potentially produce and store in battery?

Look. There's enough solar energy stuff on here if you dig around for it, Mate. Does 1.3 watts each sound like a good deal to you? <Cough, wheeze>

Tell me what are you drinking, please. I had about the same result with several cells of the mentioned size, at noon, in Houston.
