Hi,
Will a refrigerator that is not level cause the refrigerator to run a lot more than usual? I live in an old house where just about all of the floors are not level. I have releveled the fridge a couple of times, but has come out of level fairly easy.
I have thoroughly cleaned the wire grid (heat sink), which is mounted to the rear of the refrigerator (Frigidaire-5 years old). The thermostat in the Freezer section (on top) is set to medium-low. The thermostat in the Refrigerator portion (bottom 3/4 of unit) is set to about '3', three settings above the setting called 'cold'. The seals are fine. The optional heating strip in the seal is never used. I has no icemaker. The fridge or freezer is not opened very much, and is not on an exterior wall, nor next to a heat source. Please help with any ideas you can think of to check. Thanks!
