Websites for e-Learning

Is there any institutes that provide free e-learning courses with certification.I am Mechanical Enigneer working in the Pipie designing field for Offshore vessels.At present I have the time to do upgrade my courses due to the current recession

I use M.I.T. go to youtube.com and put in MIT. I find the math and physics courses are second to none.

As mentioned, all M.I.T. courses are available for e-learning. See here:

MIT Courseware

Don't know about cert's, but if the courseware is free it's probably worthwhile to splurge on the cert tests.
