Can I weld high pressure pipe line with 45 Kg/cm2 using ARC welding or we have to use Argon welding ?

Much more information is needed. For starters some clarification. When you say ARC welding do you mean Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)? When you say Argon welding do you mean Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)? What kind of pipe is it (material)? How thick is it? What diameter is it? Can it be rotated or is it in a fixed position? Are you welding to a certain code? Such as ASME BPVC? You can also use a pulsed GMAW or GMAW process depending on the required transfer mode. Short Circuit, Spray, or Globular.

Yes. Yes you can.

However, be sure to chedck that the pipe is pressuized with 90PSIG of natual gas before you start welding.

Then our problems will be solved.
