MOSFET and MATLAB

Hi all. how can I calculate charges in mosfet so that I can find capacitances in mosfet? Can I get Matlab solution

Look at the data sheet. It will have capacitance of gate shown.

I think you can apply reactive power equation (W=1/2 C(V)2) to get the capacitance value..or you can find the charge from current equation (i=dQ/dt) that you can get from the simulation in MATLAB..
