Are you seeking an "inspector / technician", or someone qualified to administer an in-house NDT program, offering training and certification for your people? In many cases, that is the principal task for the Level-III. Adding a few "duties" to your inquiry might entice more referrals...

Thank you for your response and suggestion. We are actually looking for a NDT Inspector that will handle the training of NDT personnel and the development/implementation of new processes and procedures.
