Here's a tip, don't use an electric welder. Also,

hello,

yes there is a type of welding called underwater welding.but many dont know about it.it is the highest paid job in the world.it is done in many ways.chemical and electrical ways. u have heard of projects and work places underocean.there sometimes welding has to be done.it is done in a highly controlled manner.also it may not be doing in water too but may be in enclosed chambers.its a highly specialised subject.
