What's up Doc?

08/05/2009 12:07 AM

My computer got fried by the local utility company about a month ago. It has been repaired by replacing the memory card, motherboard and power supply. I am able to pull up communications from CR 4, so why am I being challenged to produce my user name and password, and then being told that my name and password are not acceptable?

I am known as Toomuchfun all around the email network!

Have you logged in correctly (correct user name spelling and password)?

It is easy to forget since the computer generally remembers and recognises a CR4 user and automatically logs them in each time they visit.
