Testing Stone as a Building Material

what is the standerd testing phisical or chemical for using the stone as unloaded (like cover or decoration out side and inside the buildings) and what is the specification limit ?

Is this link any use to give you a starting point ? It might help if you listed a few materials you're considering using and ask members for input about the pros/cons of each. Have you asked supplier about the various parameters for the material they supply ?
