Mobile Jammer Diagram

sir i am student of B.Tech final year and branch is EC.I want to design a mobile jammer for range of 50 m. I want layout,its circuit diagram etc..may you provide it please..

Jammers are illegal, and potentially dangerous if you block emergency services..this thread will probably get deleted by admin. (Or subverted by furry mamals)

Operating this type of equipment is unlawful in most jurisdictions.
