please give me the meaning of the following

1. pH

2. TOC

and other analyser related forms

pH is the negative logarithm to base 10 of the hydrogen ion concentration.

TOC means "total organic carbon", and is usually measured in parts per million.

Correction: pH is the negative logarithm to base 10 of the hydrogen ion concentration in moles per litre
