To find your previous posts, simpy go to your profile. You can do this by clicking your user name at the top of the right-hand navigation column. Once there, scroll down the page to the "Find" link that states Posts and comments by Johnny Flash. Click the link and you'll see all of your previous posts.

Note, once you post a thread or comment, the system allows 15 minutes for you to edit the material posted. Since your previous post was outside of that thime frame, I removed the email address in question.

Your other option is to use the Report! button found next to each post... with that you can send a note to the CR4 Admins (Chris being one of them) and they can make simple edits or remove posts for you. (The Report! feature is mostly used to report spam or other inappropriate posts, but this other use is also allowed.)
