Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Questions

Dear Friends,

I am in the process of compiling objective type questions on HSE subject. I need your assistance to collect more objective type questions on this subject. This I need for academic purpose. Any information furnished on HSE subject will be highly appreciated.

I think you have found the problem with this whole area...
It is to a great extent subjective not objective.
If you want objective questions you need to be more specific about the context.

Are there any unprotected holes in the floor?
Are there unprotected moving parts which could cause injury?
etc....
Are there items which can be moved and cause confusion and worry to any cats?

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your mail. There are many books available on objective type questions and answers for many subjects for example Mechanical Engineering. Similarly I am looking for a book on Health Safety and Environment subject. Any information on this subject will be highly appreciated.
