Over Current Protection Feeder (Radial System)

Dear All,

Could you help us, how do we determine and calculate the over current rele for feeder protection by the specification : Lenght: 1000metres, size: 2/O, ampacity: 270 Ampere, voltage :13.8kV. That feeder has many pole and pad transformer and supply to the customer 13.8kV/220-110V

Your kindly advise is highly appreciated
