Filipino Surveyors

09/16/2009 5:37 AM

Have a good day to Filipino surveyors... I'm just wondering which of the two is it english or filipino that you use in writing a local property description? Or is it depends on the choice of the practitioner?

Thanks a lot...

Hi Rico

In SA we started changing the way properties are described (from the inherited English system) in about 1970. The main advantage is that the new system lend itself better to computerization.

Give us a sample of the 2 systems and maybe we can comment and share on that.
