Hi Al-Khulaqi,

MS Project is a massive program that can help you manage all the processes and resources needed to complete a project. At the same time, it can be an incredible time sink to simply set-up the project and maintain it. My best suggestion is to check out some of the tutorials offered here (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&aq=1&oq=ms+project+&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GGLD_enUS316US316&q=ms+project+tutorial) to get a better understanding of how to best use the program.

Thanks Chris for the link, I will go through it and I will do some practice in order to understand all the features of MS project and utilized it in my job. I did two or three project but without utilizing all the features like man-hours, materials and tracking of progress.

Those features are the most important ones.

The least important feature is the "print" function.

We can give you references on this forum but the explanation is a lengthy process. I have my degree in Project Management and took two classes on MS Project alone. I am not working as a project manager and it has been three years since taking those classes and would have to take a refresher to get back up to speed.

You really do need to take some course in MS project to learn it's capabilities.
